- You grant ArsOrigo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license, strictly limited to hosting, processing, technical adaptation, storage, display, and transmission of content solely as necessary to operate and provide the Service.
- You remain solely responsible for your content, for its legality, and for ensuring that it does not infringe third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other proprietary rights.
- We may remove, disable access to, or refuse content that violates these Terms, applicable law, or the rights of third parties.

6) ArsOrigo, TokenURI, Smart Contracts, and NFTs
-
ArsOrigo is a technical tool and working environment
that enables users to create, organize, and manage digital asset records, generate TokenURIs and NFT-compliant metadata (
metadata.json), and support on-chain minting on public blockchains. -
When using ArsOrigo, the system may:
- upload and pin digital content and metadata on IPFS or similar storage infrastructure;
- automatically generate NFT-compliant
metadata.jsonfiles; - produce ready-to-use TokenURIs;
- create or support the creation of a personal ERC-721 collection contract associated with the user account;
- support NFT minting and related technical blockchain operations through relayers or third-party infrastructure.
- Blockchain operations are public, immutable, and independent of ArsOrigo once submitted to the relevant network.
- ArsOrigo does not custody wallets, private keys, seed phrases, NFTs, tokens, or digital assets and cannot reverse, modify, cancel, recover, or guarantee the outcome of on-chain transactions.
- You are solely responsible for your wallet address, custody of credentials, blockchain network selection, smart contract interactions, gas fees, transaction parameters, TokenURIs, metadata accuracy, and the consequences of blockchain interactions.
- ArsOrigo does not provide financial, investment, tax, legal, or custodial services. Nothing in the Service constitutes investment advice, solicitation, brokerage, or a promise of economic return.
- ArsOrigo does not guarantee that any NFT, token, or digital asset will have value, retain value, be transferable, be visible on third-party marketplaces, or be compatible with all wallets, platforms, or marketplaces.
Clarification on Ownership and Digital Passports
ArsOrigo is not a rights holder, owner, or co-owner of any NFT, digital passport, TokenURI, metadata file, or underlying asset created, uploaded, or managed using the Service.
Due to the nature of blockchain technology:
- Ownership and authorship are cryptographically bound to the user’s wallet and actions;
- Blockchain records are decentralized, public, and immutable;
- ArsOrigo has no technical capability to claim, revoke, or transfer ownership of user assets;
- all rights and responsibilities relating to minted assets remain entirely with the user or the lawful rights holder.
ArsOrigo acts exclusively as a tool provider and technical facilitator.
7) Chat, User Environment, and Technical Features
- The Service may include chat, messaging, account dashboard, metadata preparation tools, and blockchain-related technical workflows.
- Such features are provided solely to support the user’s workflow and do not constitute editorial, legal, or professional review of user content or blockchain operations.
- You remain solely responsible for verifying all data, metadata, wallet details, and transaction parameters before confirming any operation.
8) IPFS, Pinning, and Gateways
- Content and metadata generated through ArsOrigo may be stored on IPFS (InterPlanetary File System), a decentralized storage network.
- ArsOrigo may use pinning services and dedicated gateways to provide HTTP(S) access and technical availability of content during the service period.
- Pinning and gateway access improve availability but do not guarantee perpetual storage, permanent accessibility, or continued availability on third-party infrastructure.
- You remain responsible for preserving your TokenURIs, IPFS references, metadata, wallet records, and NFT-related data.
9) Plans, Credits, and Payments
- Credits or service balances may be purchased through third-party payment providers, including Stripe.
- Unless expressly stated otherwise, credits are pay-per-use and do not constitute a subscription.
- Credits may be used for eligible services and technical operations made available on the platform.
- Prices, available packages, and usage rules may change and apply only to future purchases unless otherwise required by law.
- Billing and tax documentation are handled in accordance with applicable law, including Italian law where relevant.
- Except where required by mandatory law, completed purchases, consumed credits, and successfully delivered technical services are non-refundable.
10) Intellectual Property
The Service and its components, including software, interface elements, trademarks, designs, text, databases, and related technology, are owned by ArsOrigo or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, no part of the Service may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or exploited without prior written authorization.
11) Third-Party Services and Infrastructure
The Service may rely on third-party providers and decentralized or external infrastructure, including payment processors, wallet providers, blockchain networks, node operators, IPFS pinning services, gateways, analytics tools, hosting providers, and social login providers. ArsOrigo is not responsible for the acts, omissions, outages, policy changes, interruptions, incompatibilities, or failures of such third-party services or networks.
12) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ArsOrigo, its directors, officers, affiliates, contractors, and service providers from and against any third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to your content, your use of the Service, your blockchain activities, your NFTs or digital assets, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
13) Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ArsOrigo disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, or uninterrupted operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ArsOrigo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, digital assets, business opportunities, or blockchain-related losses, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
ArsOrigo is not responsible for failures, forks, congestion, hacks, exploits, validation delays, protocol changes, smart contract issues, wallet malfunctions, IPFS unavailability, gateway failures, or third-party marketplace behavior.
Where liability cannot be excluded, ArsOrigo’s total aggregate liability shall be limited, to the maximum extent permitted by law, to the amount paid by the user to ArsOrigo for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
14) Privacy and Cookies
Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. Cookie preferences can be managed via the “Cookie Preferences” link where available.
15) Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Service, in whole or in part, at any time where reasonably necessary in case of violations, abuse, suspected fraud, security risks, unlawful conduct, technical threats, third-party complaints, legal requirements, or service discontinuation.
Suspension or termination does not affect blockchain records, completed transactions, accrued obligations, or provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination.
16) Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect legal, technical, operational, or business changes. The updated version becomes effective upon publication on the Service unless otherwise stated. Continued use of the Service after publication constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
17) Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Italian law. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the courts of Venice, Italy, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply under applicable law.
